Camp Descriptions

Awesome Adventures Robotics (ages 6+) - Create your own soccer team complete with a moving goalie and cheering fans. Go on a sailboat journey and create your own airplane adventure. Build 6 different robots and learn to use the computer to program them to move and make sounds in this super fun camp. Children must be able to build with instructions to attend this camp. Prior experience with computers or programming is not necessary.

Lego® Inventor’s Club Robotics (ages 8+) - Whoever said you couldn’t solve the world’s problems with Lego® bricks? Learn a little about the process real inventors go through to create new inventions while you help design and build and program robotic models to solve problems. Are you the next Thomas Edison?

Lego® Combat Robots (ages 8+) - Can you build the strongest and most agile robot? Can your robot win a head-to-head combat mission? Come learn basic strategies for building sturdy structures and then see if your robot will be victorious when challenged to a friendly competition.

Junior Creators Club (preK-K) - Have fun, make new friends and explore with Lego® bricks. Join us for a Lego® picnic, build the tallest tower, create models with our letter of the day. Allow the teacher to lead your child into fun, imaginative play!

Robotics Rescue Mission (ages 10+) - There has been a devastating earthquake in Dalto, CA. Can you save the town? Learn how to build and program an autonomous robot using Lego® Mindstorms® NXT technology. Solve real-world problems, helping this town after a natural disaster. Prior programming experience is not required. Beginners (as well as advanced students) welcome!

Lego® Animation Studio (ages 7+) - Create your own amazing movies with stop-motion animation using Lego® bricks. By the end of camp, each team will have produced their very own movie complete with dialog and sound effects. The best part is, your awesome movies will be uploaded to a secure website so you can share them with friends and family!

Volcanoes, Rocks and Lego® Bricks (ages 7+) - Do you think earthquakes, volcanoes, and glaciers are really cool? So do we! Can you make a volcano out of Lego® bricks? Through the use of Lego® bricks and a variety of other materials, come explore Earth’s building blocks the Snapology way! Note: This camp is taught by a geologist and a variety of building materials (Lego and non-Lego) are used.

Mini-Figure Mania (ages 5+) - During this camp we’ll let you play with our secret stash of mini-figures…from movie characters to sea creatures to Sponge Bob. Imagine the stories you can create with these super-cool guys! Join us as we shrink ourselves to mini-figure size, make mini-figure crayons and create our own mini-figure worlds! Welcome to mini-figure mania!

Adventures with Lego® Star Wars (ages 5+) - Star Wars, Star Wars and more Star Wars, need I say more. If you love Star Wars, this is the camp for you. Come participate in Star Wars themed activities, build scenes from the movie, build ships, lightsabers, you name it...May the force be with you...

Lego® Super Heroes (ages 5+) - To the Batcave Lego® fans! Design your own super hero, create your own adventure, build the cool new Lego® super hero sets. Have a blast as you create your own fantasy world of super heroes. What kind of super powers do you have?

Lego® Basic Training (ages 5+) - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard. Become a Snapology soldier as you build your training camp, learn about Navy flags, design your Air Force jet and brave the seas in your Coast Guard boat. Who said kids can’t join the military? Be all you can be with Snapology!

Lego® Wizards (ages 5+) - Enter the magical world of Harry Potter, Snapology-style! Make your own Coat of Arms, create your own Lego castle and adventure, attend a potions class....much, much more. Let the magic begin...!

Lego® Ninjas (ages 5+) - Sensei Wu needs you! Design a new dojo for Snapology and train your men to battle with the best. Go through ninja training and earn your black belt, Snapology-style. Get ready to have fun and become a Master Lego® Ninja.
